Medium-frequency transformers
for SiC and GaN power converter systems.
Our medium-frequency transformers offer an impressive bandwidth of 1 kHz to 500 kHz and have been specially developed to meet the highest requirements. With a modular design, they can be flexibly adapted to a wide range of applications. They comply with temperature class H (180 °C) in accordance with DIN EN 60085 and therefore offer excellent thermal stability. The transformers are available in protection classes from IP00 to IP66 in accordance with DIN EN 60529 and fulfil the fire protection requirements of HL3 class in accordance with DIN EN 45545. Our medium-frequency transformers can be efficiently cooled by free convection, air cooling or water cooling to ensure optimum performance.
